The IAC "Patch" program is a series of achievement awards for pilots to document their skill in aerobatics. Smooth awards recognize non-competition flying at five levels of proficiency. Each proficiency level lists specific figures flown for the award. Pilots may fly any of the figures in any order with any number of breaks in front of an IAC approved regional or national judge. Pilots do not have to fly all of the figures on the same flight or on the same day. The sequences linked below are samples. The summaries are unofficial. See the linked IAC forms for the official presentation of the achievement requirements.
